What You Need To Include:

  1. The raised sealed certificates of course hours completed 30 hours of Fundaments and 30 hours of Practices.
  2. Receipts for passing both the State and general portions of the exams (these are the receipts with your photos).
  3. Background Check from the state. This can be produced from the PA State Website.
  4. Your license application that needs to be signed by your sponsoring broker.
  5. Check made out to “Common wealth of Pennsylvania” for $107.
  6. Check made out to “Commonwealth of Pennsylvania” for $15.
  7. Check made out to “Brand Transport, LLC” for $45.
